Als Project Manager bij IPknowledge ben je verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle oplevering van zowel klantgerichte implementatieprojecten als interne verbeterinitiatieven. De nadruk ligt op klantimplementaties, maar afhankelijk van werkdruk en prioriteiten leid je ook interne projecten gericht op het verbeteren van tools, processen, service delivery of operationele efficiëntie.
Je coördineert alle activiteiten die nodig zijn om oplossingen van ontwerp tot livegang te brengen en om interne initiatieven van idee tot uitvoering te realiseren. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, leveranciers en interne engineers en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen en dat alle stakeholders gedurende het project helder inzicht hebben in voortgang en verwachtingen.
Verantwoordelijkheden
· Verantwoordelijk voor de end-to-end uitvoering van klantimplementatieprojecten op het gebied van connectiviteit, Internet Access, SD-WAN en SASE-oplossingen.
· Leiden van interne projecten gericht op procesverbetering, tooling, service-optimalisatie of organisatorische initiatieven.
· Fungeren als primair aanspreekpunt voor klanten gedurende implementatieprojecten.
· Vertalen van business- en technische vereisten naar duidelijke projectplannen, tijdlijnen en deliverables.
· Coördineren van interne teams en externe partners om een efficiënte uitvoering te waarborgen.
· Proactief identificeren van risico’s, afhankelijkheden en resourcebeperkingen en het definiëren van mitigerende maatregelen.
· Bewaken van voortgang, scope, budget en kwaliteit van zowel klant- als interne projecten.
· Zorgen voor correcte documentatie, rapportages en overdracht naar operations of interne stakeholders.
· Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van projectmanagementpraktijken binnen IPknowledge.

Wat jij meebrengt
· Werk- en denkniveau op Bachelor-niveau (of gelijkwaardig).
· Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen IT-, netwerk- of telecomomgevingen.
· Ervaring met connectivity- en netwerkdienstverlening; kennis van SD-WAN, SASE of Cato Networks is een sterke pré.
· Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en zelfvertrouwen in zowel klantgerichte als interne stakeholderomgevingen.
· Vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijk te managen met behoud van structuur en overzicht.
· Een proactieve, eigenaarschap-gedreven mindset met oog voor detail.
· Comfortabel in dynamische omgevingen waar prioriteiten kunnen verschuiven.
· Een samenwerkingsgerichte houding en bereidheid om breder bij te dragen dan alleen je eigen projecten.
· Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als Engels vloeiend, mondeling en schriftelijk; kennis van het Duits is een sterke voorkeur.

The Account Manager plays a crucial role within the IPK sales team, responsible for customer retention and identifying and acquiring upsell opportunities. In this role, you will play a vital part realising our growth by serving our customer account base and growing the relationship. Growth will be through upsell, cross-sell and by contracting other legal entities of the same group (that a customer is part of).
As Account Manager, you will need to be a proactive self-starter with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships and identify upsell opportunities. We are looking for someone highly motivated and results-driven, with a focus on customer satisfaction, building and maintaining long-term relationships, and increasing the use of our product portfolio within the existing customer base. Important tasks will be initiating and executing account plans and supporting continuous improvements and optimizations in our account management processes.
